Nykaa Unveils Growth Plan, Targets Rs 5,000 Crore Sales from Owned Brands
FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which operates under the Nykaa brand, is targeting a net sales value (NSV) of over Rs 5,000 crore from its owned consumer brands' portfolio by the 2029-30 financial year.

Outlining its 'House of Nykaa' strategy during its Annual Investor Day 2026, the beauty and lifestyle retailer said its owned brands portfolio has grown 10-fold over the last six years to reach a GMV of Rs 2,788 crore in FY26.

"As India's beauty and personal care market expands, House of Nykaa is well positioned to capture the next wave of growth. With an ambition to surpass Rs 5,000 crore NSV by FY30, the business will focus on building multiple scaled brands through organic and inorganic initiatives, expanding into high-growth categories and driving premiumisation," Nykaa said.

The growth is anchored by its acquired skincare brand Dot & Key, which has crossed Rs 1,000 crore NSV milestone, registering a 13-fold growth in three years, according to the company's investor presentation.

Other key labels, including Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif-led makeup brand Kay Beauty and Nykaa Cosmetics, currently sit in the Rs 250-350 crore NSV bracket.

Breaking down its FY30 projections, Nykaa estimates that at least one brand in its portfolio will reach the Rs 2,000-crore mark, while two others will scale the Rs 700-1,000 crore range.
