By bringing in Dubverse’s team, the company plans to integrate advanced conversational technologies into its platform

The company expects this new vertical to contribute up to 15% of its overall revenue within the next 12-18 months.

One Hand Clap, a new-age creative agency and production house backed by Nikhil Kamath, has acquired seeding and distribution firm Agenseed, marking its entry into the distribution segment as part of a broader expansion strategy.

The company expects this new vertical to contribute up to 15% of its overall revenue within the next 12-18 months, indicating a shift beyond its traditional focus on creative services.

The move comes amid growing emphasis on content amplification, with over 90 million posts shared daily on Instagram and brands allocating nearly 25-35% of digital marketing budgets toward distribution and creator-led campaigns.

Agenseed, founded by Monish Hardasani and Akram Malik, will operate as One Hand Clap’s dedicated distribution arm. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening the agency’s position as a full-stack player in India’s evolving digital advertising ecosystem.

Aakash Shah, Founder of One Hand Clap, said, “The future of advertising is not just about executing great ideas, but it’s about placing them intelligently. By owning both storytelling and distribution, we can drive greater impact for brands while opening up new revenue streams.”

He added, “With Agenseed, we’re adding depth to how our ideas travel. Monish and Akram bring strategic sharpness and a fresh, narrative-driven thinking that perfectly complements our creative DNA.”

Monish Hardasani, Co-founder of Agenseed, said, “The future belongs to ideas designed to travel. This partnership allows us to integrate distribution thinking at the source, helping campaigns gain momentum faster and more organically.”

Founded in 2019 by former AIB leaders Aakash Shah and Naveed Manakkodan, One Hand Clap has worked with brands such as Swiggy, Google, Netflix India, Crocs, Duolingo, CRED and Bumble. The company secured investment from Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath last year.
