Chennai-based electric motorcycle manufacturer Raptee.HV has started customer deliveries of its electric motorcycle in Bengaluru. Following the opening of its first showroom in the city, the company is now focused on scaling deliveries and fulfilling existing bookings.
Bengaluru is among Raptee.HV key markets as the company expands its retail and customer support network. The company is targeting more than 100 electric motorcycle deliveries across Bengaluru and Chennai by November.
Dinesh Arjun, CEO and Co-founder of Raptee.HV, said the company is focused on increasing delivery volumes and reducing customer waiting periods as it scales its operations in Bengaluru.
Raptee.HV has also established a dedicated service centre in 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The facility is staffed by a four-member team and operates from Monday to Saturday, providing after-sales support to customers as the company increases its delivery volumes.
Raptee.HV electric motorcycles are built on the company proprietary HV-TEC platform and are compatible with the CCS2 public charging standard. According to the company, its technology incorporates elements of electric car technology into its motorcycles as part of its approach to electric two-wheeler development.
