QSR chain Bird Foods is set to launch its new café concept, Freddo Bakehouse, with the first outlet opening soon at DLF Midtown Plaza, West Delhi.
Freddo Bakehouse offers a mix of sweet and savory baked delights, artisanal coffees and thoughtfully curated menu items at affordable prices.
The café aims to create an experience beyond dining, with a cozy reading nook, an art corner for creative expression, and a playful candy section for children — making it a destination for guests of all ages.
“With Freddo Bakehouse, we are building spaces where people can eat, relax, and make memories,” said Rahul Sehgal, Business Head, Bird Foods. “Our goal is to bring warmth, creativity, and wholesome food to our customers in a setting that feels inviting and familiar.”
Alongside Freddo Bakehouse, Bird Foods is strengthening its footprint with two new outlets of The Indian Stories and Ka-Ching at Oberoi Tech Park, Goregaon, Mumbai. The Indian Stories is the Indian cuisine brand from the group and Ka-Ching is the Chinese cuisine brand.
With these additions, Bird Foods now operates in 21 locations and plans to launch 10 more outlets by the end of the financial year, across Noida, Gurugram, Delhi, and Mumbai.
