Healthy food brand Epigamia has appointed Ritesh Gauba as its Chief Executive Officer, while Ankur Goel has been elevated to the role of co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. The leadership changes come as the company looks to strengthen its management team.

Goel had been serving as acting head since December 2024, following the passing of co-founder Rohan Mirchandani. During this period, he worked alongside co-founder Uday Thakker and growth head Ajinkya Poundrik to guide the company’s operations.

The changes follow a strong performance year for the Verlinvest-backed firm, which reported over 50% growth in FY26 along with an improvement in profitability.

Gauba brings experience from the FMCG and consumer goods sector, having previously worked with companies such as Pladis, Mars and Britannia. Epigamia offers products including Greek yogurt, smoothies, and protein snacks and has expanded its presence across retail stores, e-commerce platforms and quick commerce channels.

The company has raised around USD 60 million from investors including Verlinvest, Danone Manifesto Ventures and DSG Consumer.
