The Corinthians Resort & Club has announced the opening of Medora, a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at its Pune property. Positioned as a premium dining addition, Medora is spread across 3,000 sq.ft and offers a seating capacity of 102 covers. The restaurant is designed to cater to Pune’s growing demand for global cuisines while aligning with evolving urban dining preferences.
Medora is located within the resort’s landscaped setting and aims to offer an elevated dining experience away from the city’s commercial zones. The interiors are inspired by Mediterranean architecture, with lime-washed walls, natural textures, warm wood elements, curated lighting, and rounded structural forms. The layout includes a dedicated bar, live kitchen, and cold kitchen, supporting both experiential dining and operational efficiency.
The name Medora, derived from “Mediterranean Aura,” reflects the restaurant’s core positioning—focused on comfort-driven global dining rooted in traditional Mediterranean food cultures. The menu spans multiple regions including France, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, and Lebanon. Key offerings include Lebanese cold mezze with pita and falafel, Italian arancini with pesto and sundried tomatoes, Mediterranean salads such as Fattoush, Greek, and Caesar, and a grill selection featuring Turkish Shish Tawook, Rubian Hara, and Lamb Koftas. Italian ravioli and freshly prepared flatbreads are produced through the live kitchen setup. Desserts include Tiramisu, Coffee Chocolate Mousse, Pistachio Pull-Me-Up, Baklava Cheesecake, and Umali.
