The Fern Mumbai, Goregaon, Series by Marriott launches Beiruna, the newest culinary jewel in its portfolio a space that promises to transport guests straight to the heart of the Middle East through an immersive medley of flavour, design and atmosphere.
Located on an elevated rooftop, the new restaurant offers diners sweeping views of both the lush Aarey Colony and Mumbai’s dynamic skyline. As daylight fades and lanterns cast an amber glow, the venue transitions into an intimate, indulgent space that blends the calm of nature with the pulse of the city.
Beiruna’s kitchen is helmed by a team of expat chefs who draw on generations of Lebanese culinary heritage. The menu highlights traditional marination techniques, fire-grilled preparations and slow-cooked dishes, with signatures including Avocado Manakish, Kastaleta Ghanam, Rubiyan Mashwi, Lamb Ouzi Rice, Mohallabia and the classic Levant dessert, Umm Ali.
The beverage programme takes cues from Dubai’s modern mocktail culture, offering refreshing, aromatic and playful blends. Drinks such as Mandarin Star, Cucumber Fizz, Berry Blast, Queen Green, Jalapeño Guava Grass and Oh Berry are crafted to pair with the cuisine while adding distinctive Middle Eastern accents to the dining experience.
