Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has strengthened CinCin's footprint in Mumbai with the launch of its second outlet in the city. Situated in Bandra, the new restaurant builds on the success of the brand's existing presence in BKC and reflects its continued focus on expanding its premium dining portfolio.

Perched on the 13th floor of Mansionz One on Linking Road, the 120-cover restaurant spans more than 4,300 sq. ft. and features a blend of indoor and alfresco dining spaces designed to offer a versatile hospitality experience.

The new outlet has been conceptualised to accommodate a variety of dining occasions throughout the day, ranging from coffee catch-ups and leisurely lunches to evening meals, while also serving as a destination for weekend brunches and music-driven gatherings.

Enhancing the guest experience, the restaurant introduces several interactive touches, including welcome servings of minestrone soup shots, Pistachio Orgeat offered as a digestif a roaming Negroni and Spritz trolley for tableside cocktail preparation, celebratory birthday coffee liqueur shots and an in-house Sgroppino crafted fresh at the table.

Drawing inspiration from the charm of Italian piazzas and laneways, the design has been reimagined through Bandra's contemporary lens. The interiors incorporate terracotta finishes, patterned tiles, verandah-style seating, vintage-inspired lighting and abundant greenery to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Distinctive design features such as a TukTuk installation, a dedicated aperitivo bar and a retractable roof in the alfresco area further elevate the restaurant's appeal.

CinCin's culinary offering remains rooted in Italian traditions, spotlighting handmade pastas and Neapolitan-style pizzas alongside an extensive selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Signature menu highlights include Tajarin with truffle butter and black truffle, Bombette, Crostini e Zucca, Napoli Pizza prepared with San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte, Calamarata, Diavola Pizza, Spaghetti Carbonara, Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.

Complementing the food menu is a beverage programme inspired by Italy's aperitivo culture, featuring cocktails, classic favourites, zero-proof creations and a curated wine list, with all wines available by the glass. The wine selection includes exclusive house labels developed in partnership with a local vineyard, comprising a Syrah-led red, Riesling Bianco and Cabernet Sauvignon Blush. Cocktail offerings include Hello from Sorrento, Midnight in Amalfi, and The 1889 Secret.

Further extending the brand experience is Cincineria, CinCin's coffee programme inspired by the neighbourhood café culture of Italy. Offering specialty Italian coffees, the concept has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Bandra's vibrant café and community scene.

Speaking about the launch, Udai Pinnali, CEO, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, said: “Bandra has always had a strong appetite for culture-led dining and social experiences, making it the perfect next chapter for CinCin in Mumbai. With this space, we wanted to create a restaurant that feels alive throughout the day somewhere guests can walk in for coffee, stay on for aperitivos, celebrate over dinner and keep coming back to as their neighbourhood favourite.”
