The program focuses on helping founders establish product-market fit in the US within a compressed timeline of three to six months.

Antler India has announced the launch of Embark 3, the third edition of its US market entry program aimed at Indian founders building AI-first startups for global markets. The initiative marks a shift in accessibility, as it is now open to all eligible Indian founders, rather than being limited to Antler’s existing portfolio companies.

The program will see Antler leading pre-seed investment rounds of USD 600,000 to USD 800,000 for selected startups, with a commitment of USD 450,000 per team. Investment decisions are expected by April 15, while the program itself will begin in San Francisco in May 2026. Applications close on March 28.

The program focuses on helping founders establish product-market fit in the US within a compressed timeline of three to six months, compared to the typical 12 to 18 months.

“Embark is designed by a team that understands what it takes to win in the US,” said Nitin Sharma, Partner at Antler India. “We’re bringing the collective wisdom of leading founders and operators to turbocharge Embark founders and give them the best launchpad to win in the US.”

Participants will spend four to six weeks in Silicon Valley, gaining access to experienced operators, venture capitalists, and ecosystem partners. The program also provides support in areas such as visa processes, banking, compliance, and company setup.

Antler reports strong outcomes from the first two editions of Embark, which supported 23 startups from India and other regions. More than 60 percent of these startups achieved meaningful traction in the US market, while over half secured follow-on funding from US-based venture capital firms within 12 weeks of completing the program.

The third edition will feature a smaller, curated cohort of four to five teams, allowing for more focused mentorship and access to networks. In addition to funding, selected startups will receive over USD 1 million in credits and perks from technology partners including OpenAI, Google Cloud, and AWS.

Antler India said the updated program also incorporates lessons learned from previous cohorts, including addressing common mistakes made by immigrant founders entering the US ecosystem.

Founded as part of a global venture platform operating across 27 markets, Antler has made over 1,800 investments worldwide. In India, it has backed more than 85 startups and continues to focus on AI-driven and deep technology ventures.

Applications for Embark 3 are currently open through Antler’s website.
