Arivihan Raises $10 Million, to Expand CBSE Learning and AI Research
Indore-based EdTech startup Arivihan has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round, led by existing investors Accel and Prosus.

Angel investors associated with GSF also invested an additional $200,000. Following the latest round, the company’s total funding has crossed $15 million. Based on regulatory filings, Arivihan’s valuation in the round stood at around INR 570 crore.

The fresh funding will be used to expand across India, increase content for CBSE students, strengthen AI and local language capabilities and scale its digital marketing and on-ground distribution network. The company aims to reach almost all State Boards by the end of the year, expand its CBSE offering and strengthen its presence in medical entrance exam preparation.

Focus on CBSE Learning and AI Research

Arivihan is an AI-powered learning platform that offers interactive video lectures, doubt-solving support and personalised study plans for school students. The platform focuses on providing personalised academic assistance to students through AI. Accel has described Arivihan as an AI-native EdTech company working to bring personalised learning to students in smaller cities and rural areas.

The company currently caters to students preparing for State Board, CBSE and NEET examinations. It has a particular focus on Class 12 students and learners from Tier-2, Tier-3 cities and rural areas. According to Arivihan co-founder Ritesh Singh Chandel, around 80% of its subscribers come from Tier-3 cities and rural India. The company is expanding its presence across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar.

Expanding AI Learning Access for Students in Smaller Cities

Arivihan was founded in 2022 by IIT Roorkee alumni Ritesh Singh Chandel, Sonu Kumar and Rushabh Kothari. The company is working to provide affordable and personalised academic support to students in smaller cities and rural areas through technology. According to Accel, the company began with Madhya Pradesh as its initial market and later expanded into other State Boards and national-level examinations.

With the new funding, the company plans to strengthen its AI capabilities and vernacular language support. This will further focus on improving the digital learning experience for students from different linguistic backgrounds. The company also plans to launch new crash courses and increase hiring across key functions.

Arivihan’s Business Scales Alongside Funding

Arivihan raised seed funding through Accel’s Atoms programme in 2024. In July 2025, the company raised around $4.2 million in a pre-Series A round led by Prosus and Accel. The latest round marks the company’s second major funding round in around 15 months.

In FY25, Arivihan’s revenue increased nearly 14.8 times to INR 3.14 crore, compared with INR 21.29 lakh in FY24. During the same period, the company reported a loss of INR 4.45 crore. The company has not yet filed its FY26 financials.
