Cosmo First has appointed Saurabh Jain as Chief Executive Officer of its pet care division, Zigly, along with the role of Head of Corporate Development. The company operates across diverse businesses including films, sheets and containers, pet care, consumer products, and specialty chemicals.
As CEO of Zigly, Jain will lead the pet care business and drive its expansion plans. In his additional role as Head of Corporate Development, he will be responsible for strategy-led growth initiatives and the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions across the group. He will work closely with Pankaj Poddar, Group CEO, and Neeraj Jain, Group CFO, Cosmo First.
Commenting on the appointment, Pankaj Poddar said, “We are delighted to welcome Saurabh to the leadership team at Cosmo First. He is a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing complex business assignments, and we believe his leadership will create long-term value for the organisation.”
Jain brings over 16 years of experience spanning packaging films, investment banking, and corporate strategy. His previous roles include Global CEO (Overseas Business) at Jindal Films, along with stints at SB Packaging, Wodehouse Capital, Religare Capital Markets, and Jaypee Capital.

Jain holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
