Bengaluru-based startup E3 Electric.AI has launched its first intelligent electric scooter, the E3 TRION, at an introductory starting price of ₹99,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The company said the scooter has been designed to meet the everyday commuting needs of Indian families with a focus on reliability, practicality, and smart technology.
The E3 TRION is available in three variants—C1, C1x, and C2. The C1 is priced at ₹99,999, the C1x at ₹1,09,999, and the C2 at ₹1,19,999 (all ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The C1 comes with a 2.3 kWh removable portable battery, while the C1x and C2 feature a 3 kWh fixed battery pack.
According to the company, the C1x delivers an IDC-certified range of up to 165 km on a single charge. The top-end C2 offers a top speed of 82 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 6 seconds.
Built on a modular frame architecture with LFP battery chemistry, the E3 TRION features 14-inch wheels, IP67 weather protection, dual projector LED headlamps, and up to 52 litres of storage capacity.
The scooter is equipped with IoT-enabled connected features, including real-time diagnostics, predictive service alerts, and smartphone integration. E3 Electric.AI has opened pre-bookings in Bengaluru and is offering an extended warranty of up to 1 lakh km or 8 years.
Speaking at the launch, Sanjeev P., Founder and CEO of E3 Electric.AI, said the company aimed to build an electric scooter with predictive intelligence at its core. He added that the E3 TRION has been designed to provide Indian families with a dependable, practical, and stress-free daily commuting experience.
