Founded in 2017, the EdTech company provides schools with content, technology and learning solutions. Its goal is to create better alignment between traditional classroom education and digital learning.

Amid the changing landscape of school education in India, Eupheus Learning is focusing on bridging the gap between classroom and at-home learning. Founded in 2017, the EdTech company provides schools with content, technology and learning solutions. Its goal is to create better alignment between traditional classroom education and digital learning.

According to Eupheus Learning, the New Delhi-based company has reached more than 10,000 schools across over 725 cities in India. The company aims to reach around 10 million students in the coming years. Its portfolio includes areas such as kinaesthetic learning, reading enhancement, STEM/STEAM, English language learning and personalised remedial solutions.

The company’s model is not limited to digital content. Eupheus Learning develops hybrid learning solutions for schools that provide students with learning experiences both in the classroom and at home. The company also focuses on developing critical thinking, computational skills and problem-solving abilities among students through interactive learning tools and robotics.

Eupheus Learning’s Revenue Reaches INR 225 Cr.

Eupheus Learning recorded revenue of INR 225 crore in FY2024, registering growth of around 8 percent compared with the previous year. During the same period, the company’s net loss nearly halved to INR 9 crore, compared with around INR 18 crore earlier. According to the company, measures taken to improve operational efficiency helped improve margins.

Eupheus Learning Co-Founder and CEO Amit Kapoor said the company has implemented several operational efficiency mechanisms. As a result, revenue increased and losses declined. The company is targeting around 10 percent revenue growth in the current financial year and continued improvement in margins.

The company’s growth has also received support from the increasing demand for technology and hybrid learning in schools following the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The rising adoption of digital resources and modern learning models in line with the new education policy has created new opportunities for B2B EdTech companies. Eupheus Learning is expanding its school-focused solutions amid this shift.

Journey That Began in 2017

Eupheus Learning was founded by Sarvesh Shrivastava. His objective was to develop learning-focused and technology-driven solutions for the pre-K-12 segment that could help improve student learning outcomes. His more than three decades of experience in the education and IT sectors shaped the company’s early vision.

The founding team included Sarvesh Shrivastava, Rohit Dhar, Ved Prakash Khatri and Amit Kapoor. In the early days, the team invested around INR 6.5 crore, and the company remained bootstrapped until February 2018. Eupheus Learning then rapidly expanded its school network, product portfolio and geographic presence.

The company’s business model operates on a ‘per-subject, per-student, per-year’ basis. Eupheus Learning built a strong presence in North India before expanding into South and East India. In Western India, the company has also expanded its presence in states such as Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

Product Portfolio Strengthened Through Acquisitions

Eupheus Learning has also undertaken strategic acquisitions as part of its expansion strategy. These include ClassKlap, which is known for its Personalised Remedial Solutions (PRS). The aim of these acquisitions has been to further strengthen the company’s curriculum, technology and school learning solutions.

According to available data, the company has raised around $27.2 million in funding and its estimated valuation is reported at around $72.2 million. The company’s legal entity is Proficiency Learning Solutions Private Limited. Its investors include institutional private equity and venture capital funds. Eupheus Learning also became part of the Lightrock portfolio in 2021.

Recognition from TIME and Statista

Eupheus Learning was included in TIME and Statista’s Top EdTech Rising Stars in 2024. The recognition reflects the company’s school-focused business model, technology-driven learning solutions and growing presence in the education sector.

The company is currently developing its portfolio across areas such as kinaesthetic learning, reading enhancement, STEM/STEAM, English language learning and personalised learning. Along with this, it is also focusing on the adoption of modern learning tools in schools and creating more interactive learning experiences for students.

Continued Focus on Hybrid Learning

Going forward, Eupheus Learning is expected to focus on expanding hybrid curriculum, digital learning tools, school technology and personalised education. The company’s model is built around integrating classroom learning with learning from home.

Its reach across more than 10,000 schools, FY2024 revenue of INR 225 crore, declining losses and opportunities created by NEP 2020 highlight Eupheus Learning’s current growth trajectory. The company is moving ahead to further strengthen its position among the key EdTech platforms supporting digital and hybrid learning in India’s school education sector.
