Garmin, a leading global maker of GPS-enabled wearables and cycling technology, has announced a strategic retail partnership with Giant Bicycles India.

The collaboration combines Giant’s strong retail footprint in India’s cycling market with Garmin’s advanced devices designed for ride tracking, navigation, endurance measurement, and performance-driven training analytics.

The initiative seeks to enhance accessibility to advanced performance technology for cyclists by bringing both brands together under a single retail platform.

In the initial phase of the partnership, Garmin’s product portfolio has been introduced at select Giant retail stores in Mumbai, Pune, and Jaipur.

This integration enables customers at these outlets to discover Garmin’s performance technology alongside Giant’s bicycle lineup. The co-located retail format is designed to support more informed buying decisions, allowing riders to assess both their core cycling equipment and complementary tech accessories in one place.

While Giant provides the bicycles preferred by competitive and enthusiast riders, Garmin complements them with a comprehensive portfolio of technology designed to support cyclists before, during, and after every ride.

The Garmin products now available across Giant retail locations include:Cycling Computers & Bundles: Advanced bike computers with detailed mapping and performance tracking features, offered alongside heart rate monitors, speed sensors, and cadence sensors.

TACX Indoor Trainers: Smart indoor training systems that allow riders to mount their Giant bicycles and simulate real-world terrains and structured training sessions from home.

Performance Analytics Hardware: Precision power meters and power pedals engineered for data-driven training insights.

Safety and Lighting Solutions: Intelligent bike lights equipped with rearview radar technology that alerts cyclists to approaching vehicles.

Media & Wearables: 4K action cameras for ride recording, along with GPS-enabled smartwatches and performance trackers tailored for endurance, training, and fitness monitoring.

The partnership comes at a time when India’s cycling sector is witnessing consistent growth, particularly in urban markets. The rise of community riding groups, endurance events, and an increasing emphasis on performance-oriented training are driving demand for advanced cycling solutions.
