His professional expertise centres on oriental and pan-asian cuisine, with experience in launching and managing multiple dining concepts across India. He has also led an independent venture in Singapore under Eight One Nine One Pte. Ltd., contributing to his understanding of cross-border culinary formats and global market expectations. These assignments have shaped a culinary approach combining global techniques with regionally relevant menu development.
Chef Vikramjit has played a role in shaping the hotel’s culinary direction, contributing to restaurant positioning, banqueting delivery, and curated dining programs.
