Hero MotoCorp has expanded its electric vehicle lineup with the launch of the new VIDA Evooter VX2 Go 3.4 kWh, unveiled by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari.
The new variant comes equipped with a dual-removable battery system that delivers a real-world range of up to 100 kilometers per charge. Powered by a 6 kW motor and 26 Nm torque, the scooter can reach a top speed of 70 km/h, offering riders the flexibility to choose between Eco and Ride modes.
Designed specifically for Indian roads, the VX2 Go 3.4 kWh features a flat floorboard, large seat, 27.2-liter under-seat storage, and optimized suspension. The scooter is priced at ₹1,02,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), excluding subsidies and promotional offers.
Hero MotoCorp continues to offer its Battery-as-a-Service model, allowing customers to subscribe to the battery instead of purchasing it. Under this model, the VX2 Go 3.4 kWh is available at ₹60,000, with a pay-per-kilometer cost of ₹0.90.
Kausalya Nandakumar, Chief Business Officer of Hero MotoCorp Emerging Mobility Business Unit, said, “The new Evooter VX2 Go 3.4 kWh is designed for those who seek greater range, efficiency, and practicality in their daily commute.”
VIDA growing ecosystem now includes over 4,600 charging points and 700 service touchpoints across India. The company continues to promote its products under the tagline “Ghar Ghar Evooter” (An Evooter in Every Home), reinforcing its vision of accessible electric mobility for Indian households.
The new VX2 Go 3.4 kWh will be available at VIDA dealerships starting November 2025. With this addition, the Evooter VX2 range now comprises three variants — VX2 Go 2.2 kWh, VX2 Go 3.4 kWh, and VX2 Plus.
