IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Yashvi Greenco LLP to launch Holiday Inn Express Surat Gauravpath. Slated to open in 2029, the property will mark IHG’s debut in Surat, strengthening its strategic expansion across India’s high-growth commercial hubs.

The 110-key hotel will be part of a mixed-use development along the rapidly developing Gauravpath corridor, catering to the city’s rising corporate, SME, and transit-driven demand.
