Sayaji Hotels Expands Gujarat Presence with Enrise Launch in Junagadh
In a strategic move to strengthen its footprint in Gujarat, Sayaji Hotels has introduced its Enrise brand in Junagadh.

The newly launched Enrise by Sayaji, Junagadh, marks the group’s entry into the Saurashtra region and adds a 24-key property to its expanding midscale portfolio.

Located on Bhesana Road, the property is positioned to cater to both leisure and business travellers seeking access to one of Gujarat’s historically significant destinations. Junagadh, known for its heritage value, continues to draw visitors due to landmarks such as Uparkot Fort, which dates back to the 4th century BCE, and the Ashokan Rock Edicts, inscribed around 250 BCE. The city also features structures like Mahabat Maqbara, reflecting architectural influences from multiple eras.

Junagadh’s positioning as a gateway destination further strengthens its tourism potential. It provides access to Girnar Hill, a key pilgrimage site and Gir National Park, located approximately 80 km away and known as the last natural habitat of the Asiatic lion. This combination of heritage, wildlife and religious tourism continues to support steady visitor inflow.

The Enrise by Sayaji property has been developed with a focus on extended stays and family travel. It offers 24 villa-style 1-BHK accommodations, each measuring 425 sq. ft., designed to provide privacy and functional space. The hotel includes a multi-cuisine restaurant, Momentt with a seating capacity of 52 covers.

In addition to accommodation and dining, the property integrates event infrastructure aimed at the social and corporate segments. The indoor banquet hall, Jewel, spans 4,000 sq. ft. and can host up to 300 guests in a theatre-style arrangement. The outdoor Vrindavan Lawn, covering 15,500 sq. ft., has a capacity of up to 500 guests, positioning the hotel to tap into the wedding and events market.

Connectivity remains a key operational factor. The property is located 15 km from Junagadh Railway Station, 55 km from Keshod Airport and 130 km from Rajkot Airport, ensuring accessibility for travellers across segments.

Bharat Shingala
, Owner, Enrise by Sayaji, Junagadh, said, “Junagadh is a destination of immense cultural and natural significance, yet quality stay experiences have remained limited. With Enrise by Sayaji, we aim to offer travellers a space that complements the richness of the region while delivering the comfort and consistency the brand is known for.”

Rajendra Joshi
, Associate General Manager at Sayaji Hotels, said, “The Enrise brand is designed for the modern, curious traveller and Junagadh with its wildlife, pilgrimage routes and historic landmarks, is an ideal fit. This launch also marks an important step in strengthening our presence in Gujarat, a key market in our growth journey.”

The launch aligns with increasing travel demand during the summer season, particularly from domestic tourists exploring regional destinations. With its villa-style inventory and proximity to key attractions, the property is positioned to capture demand from families, pilgrimage travellers and small-scale corporate events.
