ITC Hotels has announced the opening of its 30th Welcomhotel property, the 113-key Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Mohali, Chandigarh, marking a significant expansion of its Welcomhotel portfolio and strengthening its footprint in the rapidly growing Tricity region of Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.
Strategically located near Chandigarh International Airport and adjacent to CP67 Mall, the premium property enhances the brand’s presence in a high-growth hospitality market. The hotel is being operated under a management contract.
Speaking on the occasion, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “The launch of Welcomhotel Mohali reflects our commitment to strengthening our presence in high-growth urban markets while delivering enriching experiences rooted in our renowned service excellence. The hotel features WelcomCafé, Swizzle and the soon-to-open Kebabs and Kurries, along with WelcomSthalika, which showcases regional favourites such as Makki ki Roti, Sarson ka Saag, Butter Chicken and Kadhai Paneer. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, fitness centre and a spa set to open shortly.
