Keventers names Shaurya Prabhat CEO; Plans 70-Store Expansion
Under his leadership, Keventers is set to significantly scale its offline footprint, with plans to launch 70 new outlets over the next year.

Milkshake brand Keventers, operated by Super Milk Products Pvt Ltd, has appointed Shaurya Prabhat as Chief Executive Officer, signaling a leadership transition as the company gears up for its next phase of growth. He takes over from Agastya Dalmia, the Promoter and Founder who spearheaded the revival of the legacy brand for a new generation of consumers.

Since joining Keventers in 2017 to head business development, when the brand primarily operated through a franchise-led model, Shaurya Prabhat has played a pivotal role in its evolution. Over the past eight years, he has taken on diverse leadership responsibilities across strategy, operations, human resources, marketing and business excellence, helping shape the company’s overall commercial direction from New Delhi.

Prior to joining Keventers, he worked with The Smart Cube, now part of WNS, where he advised Fortune 100 clients across industries such as retail, banking, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of London and an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Shaurya Prabhat said; “I’d like to thank the Board for entrusting me with the responsibility of shaping the company’s next phase of growth. What I’ve learned over eight years is that the mission never really changes: grow the company, grow the brand, and do it with honesty. If you manage your inputs with excellence, the outcomes take care of themselves. I’m extremely excited about the vast opportunities ahead for us.”

Under his leadership, Keventers is set to significantly scale its offline footprint, with plans to launch 70 new outlets over the next year. The company is also aiming to triple its business over the next three years, and double that scale again by the fifth year, signaling an aggressive push towards growth and deeper market penetration.

Beyond its core retail operations, Keventers is actively diversifying into FMCG, quick commerce and institutional sales. This move aligns with its broader ambition to build a “House of Brands” portfolio catering to younger Indian consumers, mirroring a wider industry shift towards omnichannel and multi-category expansion in the food and beverage space.

At the same time, the brand is evolving to meet changing consumer preferences, particularly among Gen Z. This includes strengthening digital engagement, introducing more experience-led store formats and expanding its menu with offerings such as waffles, boba, and cheesecake ice creams while continuing to build strong brand recall across varied consumer segments.

Agastya Dalmia, Founder, Keventers, said, “I have worked alongside Shaurya for over eight years and known him for longer - I have seen how he thinks, how he leads, and how deeply he cares about this brand. He has led almost all significant decisions we have taken over the years and helped us navigate through the most complex of situations from Covid and restructuring our business model to fundraising and governance. I could not be prouder of what we have built together and I could not be more confident about what he will build next.”

The leadership transition comes amid intensifying competition and rapid format innovation in India’s organised beverage and dessert segment, prompting brands like Keventers to scale operations while diversifying their revenue streams.
