Founded in 2021 by Swapnil Srivastav, Mohammad Hussain, Aman Kumar Mahto and Ankita Rani, Kidbea focuses on bamboo-based apparel and childcare products for infants and toddlers. Its product range includes rompers, onesies, nightwear, newborn essentials and accessories. The brand positions its offerings around comfort, breathability and suitability for sensitive skin, while also addressing growing consumer interest in sustainable materials.
The company had previously raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series A round in January 2024. It is currently operating at an annual recurring revenue of around INR 100 crore and has been expanding its presence across both online and offline channels.
In recent months, Kidbea has opened exclusive brand outlets in cities such as Pune, Hyderabad and Indore, marking its entry into key urban markets.
With the newly raised funds, the startup plans to further expand its offline retail footprint by launching more than 100 exclusive stores and entering over 200 multi-brand outlets across India in the next 12 to 24 months. Investments are also expected to be directed towards product development and category expansion.
Kidbea has been recognised among the Fast 42 brands of India and received the Best Kids Brand award in 2025.
