Ola Electric has announced the launch of its first network-partner stores. The dealer-operated outlets are now live across Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Bihar, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The stores will cater to local demand for Ola's electric scooters and motorcycles while strengthening the company's presence across key regional markets.
The launch marks a significant shift in Ola Electric retail strategy. On August 6, the company opened its sales and service network to dealer partners for the first time. Ola Electric had operated its retail network through a fully company-owned model for nearly five years. The opening of the first partner stores within a month of the announcement reflects strong dealer interest in the company's product portfolio.
According to the company, the partner-led distribution network is expected to improve local market penetration, increase product accessibility and enable faster customer service responses across regions. Manoj Murali, Chief Business Officer, Ola Electric, said the company initially built its brand and EV awareness through company-owned stores and created an electric two-wheeler customer base of more than 1 million riders. The dealer network will now help expand the company's product ecosystem across more parts of India.
The company said its partner network will play an important role in taking EVs to more customers, supported by the S1Z range starting at Rs 79,999. Ola Electric aims to establish a footprint of more than 500 dealerships over the next few quarters. Meanwhile, existing company-owned stores will gradually be converted into brand product experience centres.
