Bengaluru-based wealthtech platform PowerUp Money has raised USD 10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures. Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also participated.
Founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, PowerUp serves more than 15 lakh customers, who track mutual fund portfolios worth over INR 2.5 lakh crore on the platform. The company has three offerings:
Elite: a mutual fund advisory subscription that has grown to over 1 lakh paid members in nearly a year, making it one of the largest fee-based RIA advisory platforms in the country.
Elite Prime: a digital wealth advisory product, now live on the PowerUp Money app. It takes an investor’s goals, risk profile, and existing portfolio and produces asset allocation, SIP and lump-sum plans, rebalancing and withdrawal strategies. It also flags gaps in a portfolio, such as missing exposure to gold, silver, or global investments, and includes an AI wealth coach and an AI-powered personal assistant.
Infinite: a managed wealth advisory offering covering financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, goal-based strategies, and dedicated advisor support. It has reached almost INR 500 crore in assets under management in around nine months of launch, while being available only to a limited set of customers.
Scaling Infinite and making it available to more customers is a key priority for the new capital over the next year.
“A significant portion of this investment will go towards building an AI-powered wealth manager that brings personalised financial planning and ongoing portfolio guidance to every Indian,” said Prateek Jindal, Founder and CEO, PowerUp Money.
“Mutual fund AUM has grown nearly six-fold in a decade, from around INR 15 lakh crore to INR 82 lakh crore,” said Ravi Kaushik, Executive Director and Head of Asia, Flourish Ventures. “The next chapter is helping millions of investors manage that wealth as their financial lives grow more complex.”
