Sikhar Fleet Enters India Electric Mobility Market, Partners with Rapido
Sikhar Fleet has officially launched its electric mobility services in Delhi-NCR, offering fully managed EV fleets with trained drivers for ride-hailing, corporate, and logistics operations.

Sikhar Fleet has officially entered India’s electric mobility ecosystem, aiming to tackle major urban transport challenges such as poor ride quality, driver instability, air pollution, and unreliable services. Founded by ex-YoloBus CEO Sanjay Jadoun, the company introduces a professionalized approach to EV fleet management.

Operating on a B2B EV Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) model, Sikhar Fleet provides fully managed electric fleets for ride-hailing platforms, enterprises, and logistics operators. Its services include well-maintained EVs, trained and disciplined drivers, real-time earning visibility, faster payouts, and full fleet uptime management.

“Indian cities are facing rising pollution, while drivers struggle with unpredictable earnings and customers deal with unreliable services,” said Sanjay Jadoun, Co-Founder of Sikhar Fleet. “Sikhar Fleet was founded to demonstrate that electric mobility can be clean for the environment, fair for drivers, and reliable for passengers when managed professionally.”

Sikhar Fleet has partnered with Rapido as an official EV fleet provider in Delhi-NCR, with plans to expand to other cities. The partnership focuses on replacing polluting vehicles with electric alternatives, improving fleet quality, and enhancing earnings for drivers.

“Our driver-first approach is central to Sikhar Fleet’s philosophy. When drivers are supported with timely payments, reliable EVs, and respect, they deliver exceptional service. This creates a positive cycle that uplifts the entire urban mobility ecosystem,” added Dharam Jadoun, Co-Founder.

Currently, Sikhar Fleet operates over 50 electric vehicles and has MOUs for 200 more. Within the next 12 months, the company plans to scale up to 1,000 EVs across key Indian cities, targeting ride-hailing, corporate mobility, and last-mile logistics segments.
