Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Simple Energy has partnered with IDFC FIRST Bank to offer vehicle financing solutions for customers purchasing its electric scooters across India. The partnership is effective immediately, enabling eligible buyers to avail of loans through the bank at Simple Energy's authorised dealerships nationwide.
The collaboration aims to simplify the EV purchase journey by integrating financing options directly at the point of sale. Through this partnership, customers will have access to faster and more convenient loan approvals, making it easier to own an electric scooter. By combining IDFC FIRST Bank's lending expertise with Simple Energy's expanding retail network, both companies aim to enhance the overall buying experience.
The company believes that accessible financing is a key driver of electric two-wheeler adoption in India. By streamlining the loan process and offering attractive financing options, the partnership is expected to reduce purchase barriers and encourage more customers to switch to electric mobility.

Simple Energy currently operates 73 outlets across 39 cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Patna, Bhopal, Agra, Goa, and Vijayawada. The company plans to further expand its presence with new outlets in Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, and other cities in the coming months.
Simple Energy's current product portfolio includes the Simple OneS Gen 2 (starting at INR 1.60 lakh), Simple One Gen 2 (starting at INR 1.95 lakh), and Simple Ultra (starting at INR 2.35 lakh) (all ex-showroom). Customers purchasing these models through authorised dealerships will now be able to avail financing from IDFC FIRST Bank.
