SOTC Travel has reached a key milestone with the launch of its 100th retail outlet at Nariman Point in Mumbai. The store was inaugurated by Vishal Suri, Managing Director and CEO, along with SD Nandakumar.
The company has been advancing a digital first strategy, investing in technology solutions such as an AI powered chatbot, multilingual platforms, and region specific offerings to enhance customer engagement across the entire travel journey.
Travel demand continues to remain strong across domestic, international, spiritual, and experiential segments. Within India and the subcontinent, destinations such as Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Bhutan remain popular, while international travel spans destinations including Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
At the same time, spiritual travel continues to see steady interest, with itineraries such as Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, Do Dham Yatra, Char Dham Yatra and Vaishno Devi Yatra gaining traction. Travellers are also increasingly opting for experiential journeys, including cruises, Antarctica expeditions, Northern Lights tours and adventure-led travel.
In response, SOTC Travel has introduced TravSure as a travel protection initiative, alongside additional measures such as visa rejection cover to mitigate potential risks during travel.
