Spykar to Strengthen Offline Presence with 100 New Stores Over Next Two Years
The latest store openings come with an upgraded retail format that highlights Spykar’s core denim offerings along with its wider apparel portfolio.

The denim-first fashion brand Spykar has unveiled plans to significantly expand its retail presence by adding 100 new stores across India over the next two years, which will take its total store count to over 380 outlets.

The expansion comes on the back of four recent store launches in Ghaziabad, Vizag, Simdega, and Darbhanga. The brand is strengthening its footprint through a strategic mix of mall-based and high-street retail locations with recent openings including Lakeshore Mall in Hyderabad, Inorbit Mall in Vizag and Ansa Mall in Ghaziabad.

According to the company, the growth strategy is focused on deepening penetration in key high-potential markets, especially tier 2 and tier 3 cities, where rising disposable incomes, greater fashion consciousness and increasing demand for organised retail are fueling consumption.

Commenting on the expansion, Sanjay Vakharia, Co-Founder & CEO, Spykar Lifestyle, said, "In 2026, we have seen a surge in offline expansion across retail brands from various sub-sectors. Despite access to digital mediums, the look and feel of products and experience of shopping remains desirable. Our growth plans reflect Spykar’s continued commitment to bring a more immersive and elevated shopping experience to consumers across India."

The latest store openings come with an upgraded retail format that highlights Spykar’s core denim offerings along with its wider apparel portfolio. The company stated that the refreshed store design is aimed at delivering a more immersive shopping experience while reinforcing its appeal among younger consumers.

This expansion by Spykar aligns with a broader industry trend, where fashion and lifestyle brands are stepping up investments in physical retail amid sustained consumer preference for in-store discovery and experiential shopping.

With its planned addition of 100 outlets, the brand is looking to further deepen its footprint across both established urban centres and fast-growing emerging retail markets across India.
