The objective of these courses is to provide quality education and better board exam preparation opportunities to students from the comfort of their homes.
A total of 11 subjects have been included in these courses. These include Accountancy, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Physics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Business Studies and English. Each course has been designed for a duration of 21 weeks, allowing students to study at their own pace and convenience.

The online courses will offer facilities such as video lectures, discussion forums, expert guidance, quizzes, and self-assessment tests. This will help students strengthen their preparation alongside regular school studies.
Students who successfully complete the course and final assessment will also receive certificates. These certificates can help strengthen students’ academic profiles.

How to Apply Through SWAYAM and NCERT Portals
To apply through the SWAYAM and NCERT portals, students first need to register on the SWAYAM platform. After registration, they can choose their preferred course and complete the enrolment process. Once enrolled, students will get access to study materials, video lectures and other learning resources.
Students will also be required to complete all assignments, quizzes and course-related activities on time. Appearing for the final examination will be mandatory to receive the certificate after course completion. Apart from this, students can also apply through NCERT’s official website.
