Tata Motors has introduced the #DARK edition of its premium mid-SUV, Tata Sierra, with prices starting at ₹13.99 lakh. The Sierra #DARK features a specially curated Friesian Black exterior, a premium Violet Eclipse interior theme, and Purple Chrome detailing, giving the SUV a distinctive and exclusive appearance.
The Sierra #DARK retains the SUV iconic silhouette, commanding road presence, and feature-rich experience. The edition also carries forward the design language of Tata Cars’ #DARK range, known for its bold styling and distinctive character.
In terms of design, the Sierra #DARK gets an all-black treatment that highlights its muscular proportions and road stance. The cabin features a premium all-black leatherette finish, creating a refined, lounge-like ambience.
The SUV also gets Purple Chrome accents across select exterior and other elements, providing a contrast to the all-black theme. According to Tata Motors, these details give the Sierra #DARK a distinctive identity beyond a conventional black-themed SUV.
The Tata Sierra #DARK is available as part of the recently launched Sierra Legend Series. The #DARK treatment is offered across the Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure + L, and Adventure + L variants, along with the top-end Accomplished and Accomplished + personas.
Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said the #DARK range has gained popularity among customers seeking exclusivity and distinctive design. He added that the Sierra #DARK combines the legacy of the Sierra with the bold identity of the #DARK range.
