The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Vrindavan in Vrindavan, further strengthening its footprint in North India. With this addition, the group’s regional portfolio will expand to 22 operational and upcoming properties.
The proposed hotel will offer 100 well-appointed rooms and suites, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers visiting the spiritual destination. The property will feature an all-day dining restaurant serving a range of cuisines, along with a specialty restaurant.
The project is being developed in partnership with Appletree Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd. The hotel will feature dedicated meeting and event facilities, including conference rooms and banquet halls designed to host corporate meetings, gatherings, and social events. Wellness amenities, including a fully equipped gym, will also be part of the overall guest experience.
