TVS Motor Company has launched its Ntorq 150 Hyper Sport Scooter in Nepal, marking the model’s first entry into an international market. The scooter was introduced on September 26, 2026, at an introductory price of NPR 3,69,900. It will be sold in Nepal through TVS Motor’s sole authorised distributor, Jagdamba Motors.
The Nepal-spec Ntorq 150 carries the same mechanical package as the model launched in India. It is powered by a 149.7cc air-cooled, single-cylinder O3CTech engine that produces 13.2PS at 7,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. According to the company, the scooter can accelerate from 0-60kmph in 6.3 seconds and has a claimed top speed of 104kmph.
In terms of features, the Ntorq 150 gets single-channel ABS and traction control for enhanced safety. Other equipment includes hazard lamps, follow-me headlamps, telescopic front suspension, adjustable brake levers and a patented E-Z centre stand. The scooter also offers 22 litres of under-seat storage. TVS says the model comes with more than 50 connected features, including turn-by-turn navigation and switchable ride modes.
The Ntorq 150 is offered in three colour options in Nepal — Stealth Silver, Racing Red and Turbo Blue. With the new model, TVS is further strengthening the premium positioning of the Ntorq range in the Nepalese market. The Ntorq 125 range previously topped out at around NPR 3,34,900, making the Ntorq 150 approximately NPR 35,000 more expensive while also adding features such as ABS and traction control.
द एनटॉर्क 150 (The Ntorq 150) was launched in India around a year ago at an introductory ex-showroom price of 1.19 lakh for the Standard variant and 1.29 lakh for the TFT variant. In India, it competes with models such as the Yamaha Aerox 155, Hero Xoom 160 and Aprilia SR 175. Peyman Kargar, President – International Business, TVS Motor Company, described Nepal as an important market for the company, citing its young rider base. The Nepal launch marks an expansion of the Ntorq 150 premium positioning beyond the Indian market.
