IIM Kozhikode ने एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप और न्यू वेंचर क्रिएशन प्रोग्राम के लिए बैच 7 में एडमिशन शुरू किए

कार्यक्रम में academic learning, simulations और industry experts के guidance के जरिए practical entrepreneurial skills सिखाई जाएंगी।

कोझिकोड: Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) ने अपने “Professional Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation” के सातवें बैच के लिए एडमिशन शुरू करने की घोषणा की है। यह 8 महीने का ऑनलाइन प्रोग्राम तेजी से बढ़ती startup और innovation economy को ध्यान में रखते हुए डिजाइन किया गया है।

यह कार्यक्रम खासतौर पर working professionals, startup founders और उन लोगों के लिए तैयार किया गया है जो entrepreneurship की बुनियादी समझ हासिल करना चाहते हैं। इसके जरिए प्रतिभागी market opportunities पहचानना, business model तैयार करना, venture planning करना और अपने बिजनेस को launch या scale करने की रणनीति सीखेंगे।

Social Entrepreneurship और Innovation पर भी रहेगा फोकस

इस प्रोग्राम में traditional entrepreneurship के साथ-साथ social entrepreneurship पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा। इसमें learners को microfinance, crowdfunding, community-led ventures और technology-enabled business solutions जैसे आधुनिक बिजनेस मॉडल्स के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।

कार्यक्रम की एक खास विशेषता इसका IIM Kozhikode LIVE Laboratory for Innovation Venturing and Entrepreneurship से जुड़ाव है। यह संस्थान का business incubator और National Centre of Excellence है, जहां प्रतिभागियों को innovation-driven thinking, entrepreneurial mentoring और venture building का exposure मिलेगा।

Start-up Ideas को मिलेगा Industry Experts का Guidance

प्रोग्राम के तहत प्रतिभागियों को “BOUNCER” initiative का भी लाभ मिलेगा। यह IIM Kozhikode LIVE का एक प्लेटफॉर्म है, जहां startup founders और aspiring entrepreneurs अपने business ideas को industry experts के सामने प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे।

Experts से मिलने वाले feedback और validation के जरिए प्रतिभागी अपने business plans को बेहतर बना सकेंगे और sustainable ventures तैयार करने की practical understanding हासिल करेंगे।

भारत का Startup Ecosystem तेजी से बढ़ रहा

IIM Kozhikode के अनुसार, भारत का startup ecosystem दुनिया के सबसे तेजी से बढ़ते innovation ecosystems में शामिल हो चुका है। Digital adoption, policy support और बढ़ते निवेश के कारण देश में startups की संख्या और valuation में लगातार वृद्धि हो रही है।

KPMG की “Exploring India’s Dynamic Start-up Ecosystem” रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, FY23 में startups ने भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में लगभग USD 140 billion का योगदान दिया। यह आंकड़ा 2030 तक बढ़कर USD 1 trillion तक पहुंच सकता है।

Entrepreneurship के लिए जरूरी है Strategic Thinking: Prof. Debashis Chatterjee

IIM Kozhikode के Director Prof. Debashis Chatterjee ने कहा कि आज entrepreneurship केवल ambition तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि इसके लिए disciplined thinking, market awareness और ideas को sustainable business में बदलने की क्षमता जरूरी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम learners को मजबूत academic learning, practical frameworks और India के innovation ecosystem के साथ meaningful engagement का अवसर देगा।

Finance, Marketing और Business Planning जैसे विषय होंगे शामिल

कार्यक्रम का curriculum 10 अलग-अलग learning modules में विभाजित किया गया है। इसमें Accounting and Finance, Debt and Equity Financing, Entrepreneurial Marketing, Buying an Existing Business, Growth and Franchising, Corporate Entrepreneurship और Social Entrepreneurship जैसे विषय शामिल होंगे।

इसके अलावा participants simulation-based learning के जरिए virtual companies चलाएंगे, entrepreneurial decisions लेंगे और business plan presentations भी करेंगे, ताकि उन्हें real-world business environment का अनुभव मिल सके।

Interactive Online Learning और Practical Exposure पर जोर

यह programme Direct-to-Device mode में interactive online platform के जरिए संचालित किया जाएगा। इसमें live sessions, case studies, group discussions, business plan development, pitch presentations और web-based business simulations शामिल होंगे।

Participants को banks से funding प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया, financial analysis, annual fund estimation और self-credit rating जैसी practical चीजों की भी training दी जाएगी। साथ ही due diligence sessions में law, HR, operations, IT और emerging technologies से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं को समझाया जाएगा।

कौन कर सकता है आवेदन?

UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU या किसी राज्य सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त university या institution से graduate या diploma holders, जिनके पास कम से कम 1 वर्ष का work experience हो, इस programme के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। यह programme खासतौर पर startup शुरू करने की इच्छा रखने वाले individuals, engineering graduates, software engineers, IT professionals और corporate jobs से entrepreneurship की ओर बढ़ने वाले professionals के लिए उपयुक्त माना जा रहा है।

Programme की evaluation और attendance requirements पूरी करने वाले participants को IIM Kozhikode की ओर से Certificate of Completion प्रदान किया जाएगा।
