Sanjyot Keer (born June 16, 1992) is an Indian chef and content creator, based in Mumbai, India. He is the founder of Your Food Lab. He gained recognition for posting cooking videos to Facebook, YouTube & Instagram, which accumulated more than 2 billion views on his content in the initial years. Your Food Lab is one of the top food content creators in India & is considered as the best production quality food content across platforms.

He did his Hotel management and then worked for MasterChef India season 4 as the food producer of the MasterChef extra class series which was aired on Star Plus. He worked with chefs like Vikas Khanna, Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar and Saransh Goila.

In April 2016 Sanjyot Keer started YFL, a Mumbai-based venture which features a diverse collection of recipes that are healthy, cheesy, spicy, those that satisfy your sweet tooth and a whole lot more.

Keer also was featured by Forbes India's Tycoons of Tomorrow 2018.

With over more than 1500 videos published, Sanjyot has been consistent with his idea of uploading a video every single day on nearly all social media platforms.
