Sanchayan has over two and half decades of experience in fund management and investment banking across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Aavishkaar, Sanchayan managed investment banking and corporate finance franchises for global banks including Standard Chartered Bank, ING Bank and Bank of America. Sanchayan is a post-graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (India) and a graduate in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India).
