Strengthening its leadership team to support the next phase of growth, Tupperware has appointed Ankur Damani as Commercial Director, effective May 26, 2026. In his new role, Damani will lead the company’s India operations with a mandate to drive growth and profitability, enhance market execution, expand product and distribution capabilities and advance Tupperware’s omnichannel strategy across the country.
Damani brings more than two decades of experience spanning global and Indian consumer brands with expertise in business transformation, omnichannel expansion, distributor network development, retail growth and consumer-focused business strategies. He joins Tupperware from Triumph International, where he served as Country Head for India and Sri Lanka and led several initiatives aimed at business transformation, market expansion and long-term growth.
Prior to Triumph, he headed India operations for Le Creuset, the French premium cookware brand, where he was instrumental in broadening the company’s footprint across retail, e-commerce, hospitality and corporate sales channels.
As Tupperware adapts to shifting consumer preferences and increasingly omnichannel purchasing habits, Damani is expected to play a key role in strengthening the brand’s multi-channel presence and accelerating its growth agenda in the Indian market.
