AI-powered e-commerce accelerator Assiduus Global has raised USD 25 million in a pre-Series B funding round led by Bajaj Finserv, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures, Aaruha Technology Fund, and Vikash Agarwal, among others.
The Bengaluru-based firm had earlier secured USD 15 million in its Series A round in October 2022, led by Pulsar Capital.
The latest funding will be used to strengthen its AI and data capabilities, expand into the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, and build partnerships with enterprises and government bodies.
Founded by Somdutta Singh, Assiduus operates an AI-driven middleware platform that supports global e-commerce distribution and supply chain management.
The company currently works with over 150 enterprise brands across 20 countries and integrates with more than 18 global marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Assiduus said it has recorded fourfold revenue growth since its last funding round and a threefold increase in valuation. It also reported profitability at the PAT level for the past seven years.
Headquartered in Atlanta, the company operates across India, the UAE, the UK, Denmark, and other international markets.
