Ather Energy Launches 450X Overtones Series in Nepal
The new variant adds Magic Twist, Infinite Cruise and Voice on Ather features to the 450 Series; Ather now has 14 Experience Centres and 31 fast-charging points in Nepal.

Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy has launched its 450X Overtones Series in Nepal, expanding its 450 Series portfolio in the market. The new variant features a tone-on-tone design and is available in three colour options: Still White, Space Grey and Lunar Grey.

Alongside the new variant, Ather has introduced Magic Twist, Infinite Cruise and Voice on Ather across its 450 Series in Nepal. The company entered the Nepalese market with the 450 Series in November 2023 and expanded its portfolio with the Rizta in 2025.

Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer, Ather Energy, said the 450X Overtones Series expands the company’s portfolio in Nepal while offering customers an additional design option within the 450 Series.

The 450X Overtones features a tone-on-tone finish across the Still White, Space Grey and Lunar Grey colour options. According to Ather, different textures and finishes have been used across the scooter to highlight its form while retaining the core design language of the existing 450 Series.

The Nepal-spec 450 Series now also gets Magic Twist, which allows riders to decelerate by twisting the throttle backwards. The feature uses regenerative braking to slow the scooter while recovering energy. Infinite Cruise is designed to maintain a consistent speed with reduced throttle input. Meanwhile, Voice on Ather, powered by AtherStack 7.0, enables voice commands through compatible Bluetooth headsets or smart helmets for functions such as navigation, locating charging stations and supported scooter settings.

Since entering Nepal, Ather has established 14 Experience Centres and 31 fast-charging points in partnership with national distributor Vaidya Energy Pvt. Ltd. The company also operates 42 Experience Centres in Sri Lanka, while its India network has expanded to 715 Experience Centres.
