Ather Expands Service Network to 500 Centres
Ather Energy has expanded its service network to 500 centres across India, significantly improving after-sales support for EV customers.

Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy announced on March 17, 2026, that it has expanded its authorised service network to 500 centres across India, up from 277 at the start of FY26. The company said the expansion was strategically aligned with its retail growth to ensure improved after-sales support for customers.

The expanded network now spans Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging smaller cities, reducing the distance customers need to travel for service and maintenance. Ather has also introduced “Gold Service Centres” in select locations, offering enhanced infrastructure and a superior customer experience.

Additionally, the company has rolled out its “ExpressCare” programme at 82 centres, enabling routine maintenance to be completed within 60 minutes. This initiative addresses the growing demand for quick and convenient service solutions among EV users.

The service expansion complements Ather’s broader retail strategy. As of December 2025, the company operates 600 Experience Centres and aims to scale this to 700 by the end of FY26. On the charging front, Ather’s Ather Grid comprises 4,357 fast-charging points, making it one of the largest fast-charging networks for two-wheelers in India.

Overall, the move is seen as a significant step toward strengthening customer experience and building trust in India’s growing electric two-wheeler market.
