BusinessNext, an autonomous operating platform for banking and financial services, has raised USD 40 million in its Series C funding from ServiceNow. The deal values the firm at USD 700 million. Founded in 2001 by Nishant Singh (Founder & CEO), Bidhan Chaudhary and Manoj Kumar Singh, BusinessNext aims to fix banks’ structural issues eventually leading to poor user experiences.

“The result has been delaying, fragmented operations and lost business opportunities. Autonomous operations directly resolve that. To illustrate, the banks can onboard customers, provide loans or deliver financial advice autonomously with complete observability and AI control. The advanced autonomous operating system for banks will create one unbroken experience: from customer insight to enterprise action, across every customer Touchpoint, the company said in a statement.

The company says it has more than 1 million plus users, Already powering 1 million+ users, 75,000+ branches, the company currently serves over one billion global customers. Its portfolio now focuses on intelligence combining AI-led decisioning, customer context and agent-driven execution built specifically for financial institutions.
