Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of its second hotel in Ayodhya, reinforcing its early mover advantage as the first branded hotel operator to enter the city. Positioned as a value-led offering, Cozzet Ayodhya will feature 70 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, and standardised guest amenities catering to both leisure and business travellers. The property will also house an 8,000 sq. ft. banquet hall with an attached lawn, targeting demand from weddings, social events, and large gatherings. Additional facilities include a gymnasium, conference spaces, and technology-enabled services for corporate users.

Strategically located on the Gorakhpur–Lucknow Highway, the hotel is around 5 km from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport and approximately 1.5 km from the Ram Mandir. Select rooms are planned to offer views of the temple precinct, aligning the property closely with Ayodhya’s growing religious tourism demand.

Ayodhya has witnessed a sharp increase in visitor numbers following recent infrastructure upgrades, enhanced road connectivity, and the launch of the new airport. These developments have driven sustained demand for branded accommodation, particularly in the economy and mid-scale hotel segments.
