EdTech company Fusion Klassroom Edutech made a positive debut on the BSE SME platform on August 7, 2026.


The company's shares were listed at ₹170 per share, compared to the IPO issue price of ₹159, delivering a listing gain of nearly 7% (6.92%) to investors. Notably, the stock made a strong debut despite having a zero Grey Market Premium (GMP) ahead of listing. During the trading session, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹178.50 and a low of ₹170, with nearly 9.25 lakh shares traded on the first day.

₹39.04 Crore IPO Receives 1.47 Times Subscription

Fusion Klassroom Edutech's ₹39.04 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) was open for subscription from July 31 to August 4, 2026. The public issue comprised a fresh issue of 19.89 lakh equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 4.66 lakh shares. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹151–₹159 per share. Ahead of the issue, the company raised ₹11.08 crore from six anchor investors by allotting 6,96,800 equity shares at ₹159 per share. Overall, the IPO was subscribed 1.47 times.

The IPO had a lot size of 800 shares, while retail investors were required to apply for a minimum of two lots (1,600 shares). At the upper price band, the minimum investment for retail investors stood at ₹2.54 lakh. Narnolia Financial Services Ltd. acted as the Book Running Lead Manager, Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd. served as the Registrar, and Pune E-Stock Broking Ltd. was the Market Maker for the issue.

Funds to Strengthen AI, Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Development

According to the company's Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the proceeds from the IPO will be utilized to prepay or repay certain existing borrowings, invest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (AI/ML) model development, strengthen server and cloud infrastructure, and procure desktops and laptops for establishing AI/ML laboratories at new offline centres. The company will also invest in digital content development, marketing initiatives, potential acquisitions, and other general corporate purposes.

Hybrid Learning Platform Reaches Over 600,000 Students

Founded in 2016 by Alka Javeri, Dhruv Javeri, and Dhumil Javeri, Fusion Klassroom Edutech operates a hybrid learning platform comprising 30 offline partner centres and an AI-powered education OTT application. The platform offers more than 100 courses. According to the RHP, the company has over 600,000 registered users, more than 200,000 subscribers, and its mobile application has been downloaded over 100,000 times.

Strong Presence in Government Education and Skilling Initiatives

Fusion Klassroom Edutech is also actively associated with several government education and skill development programmes. The company has partnered with PM SHRI Schools, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, the Government of Rajasthan, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and various State Skill Development Missions. Through the integration of digital technology, quality content, and offline learning, the company aims to deliver accessible and high-quality education to students across India.

Strong Revenue and Profit Growth Over the Last Three Years

The company's financial performance has shown significant improvement over the past three years. Its revenue from operations increased from ₹4.6 crore in FY24 to ₹10.1 crore in FY25, and further to ₹23.04 crore in FY26. Meanwhile, net profit grew from ₹34 lakh in FY24 to ₹2.90 crore in FY25, reaching ₹7.60 crore in FY26. The consistent growth in revenue and profitability reflects the company's expanding customer base, business scale, and operational performance.

AI-Led Education Expansion to Remain a Key Growth Focus

The company stated that the capital raised through the IPO will be deployed to strengthen its AI-powered education solutions, digital content ecosystem, AI/ML capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and offline learning network. It aims to further enhance its technology-driven hybrid learning model while expanding its presence across India.

Industry experts believe that increasing investments in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and hybrid education are aligned with the rapid digital transformation taking place in India's EdTech sector.
