ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport has appointed Chef Tushar Malkani as Executive Chef. The move signals the company’s continued emphasis on strengthening its food and beverage vertical as part of its overall guest offering.
Chef Malkani brings over 15 years of experience to the role and holds a Guinness World Record. He is known for integrating global culinary influences into contemporary formats. In his new position, he will oversee the culinary strategy across multiple dining concepts within the property, including Aviator, Bombay Swim Club, Kadak, Tiffin Terrace, and Scarletta.
The appointment aligns with the brand’s operational approach, where food and beverage is positioned as a core component of the guest experience rather than a supplementary service.
