Located in Indiranagar, the outlet has been repositioned to better align with evolving consumer preferences in Bengaluru’s dining landscape. While continuing to reflect its signature “Fun Asian” identity, the space now offers a more refined and immersive setting, signaling a shift towards experience-driven casual dining formats.
Founded by Rahul Khanna and Kabir Suri, Azure Hospitality remains focused on expanding its portfolio across high-demand markets. The Bengaluru reopening highlights both the brand’s strong recall and a measured growth strategy across metros as well as emerging locations.
The refreshed menu features over 40 new additions, further strengthening the brand’s pan-Asian positioning. Highlights include Sichuan pepper-infused chicken dishes, seafood offerings such as charcoal prawns, and Japanese-inspired selections like salmon nigiri. Alongside these, the menu continues to offer comfort-focused dishes and signature mains, reflecting a balanced mix across premium and high-volume categories. Desserts remain positioned as indulgent add-ons, contributing to an increase in average spend per customer.
The beverage program has also been reworked to complement the updated menu, encouraging cross-category consumption and supporting higher overall ticket sizes.
