Toscano Strengthens Delhi Presence with Pitampura Launch

Toscano has steadily established itself as a preferred destination for Italian dining in India. Following a strong response from patrons across Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Delhi, the brand has further strengthened its presence in the capital with a new outlet. Its authentic Tuscan-inspired menu; featuring pizzas, handcrafted pastas, and flavourful main courses, is now also available at Unity One Mall.

Built on the culinary vision of co-founders Jean-Michel Jasserand and Goutham, Toscano brings together refined European techniques with local sensibilities, an approach that has shaped its award-winning identity. With over 20 outlets across the country, the brand has cultivated a loyal following for its menu featuring sourdough pizzas, seasonal specials, and curated Italian multi-course experiences. Each dish reflects a focus on balance, technique, and consistency, offering an authentic Italian experience in the heart of Delhi.

Menu highlights feature the Insalata di Formaggio di Capra e Pere, pairing goat cheese with roasted pears; the Pizza Toscano for traditional pizza lovers; and Salmon Grigliato, prepared with Norwegian salmon. The Chicken di Toscano, filled with spinach and ricotta, continues to be a signature favourite across all locations.

The beverage programme will soon be enhanced with a curated selection of wines and cocktails designed to complement the menu; in the interim, guests can choose from a variety of refreshing mocktails. The dessert offering completes the experience with indulgent classics such as the widely loved Tiramisu, along with Crème Brûlée and Kahlua Mousse, both of which enjoy a strong following across cities.

The interiors reflect the brand’s signature aesthetic, featuring earthy tones, deep green hues, brown accents, and understated lighting. Alfresco seating further adds a distinct European touch to the overall dining experience.
