Innefu Labs, an artificial intelligence company focused on national security has raised USD 30 million in a Series B funding round led by Panthera Growth Partners.
The funding was completed through a mix of primary and secondary transactions from Panthera’s second fund. The company said the fresh capital will support its plans for an initial public offering (IPO) and help expand its presence in international markets, following its early traction in the Middle East.
According to a company statement, the proceeds will be used to drive global expansion and strengthen deep-tech research and development. The firm is focusing on building AI-led sovereign solutions designed for high-security environments.
Founded in 2010 by Tarun Wig and Abhishek Sharma, Innefu Labs develops artificial intelligence systems aimed at enhancing national and cyber security. Its platforms are currently deployed across defense, intelligence, law enforcement and enterprise sectors.
The company has over 100 installations across the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Its solutions include intelligence fusion centres, predictive policing systems, revenue intelligence platforms and open-source intelligence tools used by government agencies and large organisations.
Innefu serves a wide client base, including defense and intelligence agencies, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.
Going forward, the company plans to expand its proprietary Agentic AI platform, set up a dedicated robotics-focused Physical AI division and build secure, domain-specific language models as part of its broader sovereign AI infrastructure strategy.
