Video generation startup TrueFan AI has raised USD 10 million in a Series A funding round led by Baring Private Equity Partners India and Z3 Partners. Existing investors IAN Alpha Fund and 3Lines Venture Capital also participated in the round.
The Gurugram-based startup said the fresh capital will be used to support international expansion and further development of its real-time AI video agent technology.
Founded in 2020 by Devender Bindal, Nimish Goel, and Nevaid Aggarwal, TrueFan AI operates an enterprise platform that uses generative AI to produce hyper-personalised, studio-quality videos from a single recording. The platform is used by more than 100 enterprise customers to scale video content across markets.
The company works with brands including HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Zomato, Cipla and BharatPe, enabling them to generate AI-driven personalised videos featuring celebrity avatars, business leaders and brand spokespersons.
TrueFan AI said it plans to expand its presence beyond India into Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the United States, where it has already seen growing demand for its services. Its technology is capable of producing localised video content at scale, supporting over 175 languages and generating up to 500,000 videos per minute using deep-learning models that replicate facial expressions, gestures and voice.
The company’s flagship product, TF Studio, allows enterprises to create bulk personalized messaging, localise campaigns and deploy digital brand ambassadors through AI-generated avatars.
TrueFan AI reported revenue of INR 17.1 crore (around USD 2 million) in FY25, reflecting 131% year-on-year growth.
