Lenexis Foodworks, which operates over 260 stores and owns brands such as Chinese Wok, Big Bowl and The Momo Co., has appointed Arvind R P as its Chief Executive Officer.
Arvind brings over 25 years of experience across sectors including QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion and automotive. His background includes leadership roles focused on profit and loss management, brand transformation and building digital-led growth platforms.
Before joining Lenexis Foodworks, he served as Chief Business Officer (South) at McDonald’s India, where he was involved in driving business growth and strengthening brand strategy. Over his career, he has led initiatives across brand development, category expansion, digital transformation and team building.
At Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind will oversee the next phase of growth, with a focus on scaling the company’s portfolio, improving operational processes and building a structure to support expansion. The appointment comes as the company plans to expand its footprint to 500 stores by 2028 and strengthen its position across desi Chinese cuisine, bowl-based formats and the momo segment.
