Mostly Grills, the rooftop restaurant at The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai, has officially opened for lunch. Diners can now savour bold global flavours under open skies, with uninterrupted runway views that turn every meal into a moment above the city. Long known for its lively evenings and grill-led offerings, Mostly Grills now brings the same energy and finesse to the daytime.

“At The Orchid, our approach to hospitality has always been centred on crafting meaningful, well-balanced experiences. With the introduction of lunch at Mostly Grills, we’ve extended this philosophy into the daytime, creating a refined escape amidst Mumbai’s constant rhythm,” said Ravi Rai, General Manager, The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai.

The lunch menu blends global comfort with Indian-inspired flavours. Vegetarian highlights include Paneer Khurchan Quesadillas, Gun Powder Vada Pops, Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls, Loaded Nachos, and Dabeli Tacos, alongside indulgent pastas like Mushroom Stroganoff, Alfredo, Arrabiata, Garlic Butter Parmesan, and Charred Broccoli & Chilli Risotto. Artisanal pizzas such as the Copa Cabana round out the offering.

Non-vegetarian dishes feature Butter Chicken Quesadillas, Lamb Burritos, Butter Garlic Prawns, Chicken Tikka Hummus, Spicy Chicken Trio Pepper, Grilled Chicken with homemade jus, Lamb Kheema Hummus, and a grilled Salmon Steak served with baby potatoes and green pea mash.

Desserts provide a comforting finish, with Tiramisu, Biscoff Cheesecake, Gur Ki Rasmalai, Arsh Ka Meetha, and selections from the House of Ice Creams.

“Set against expansive views and complemented by a naturally breezy ambience, the experience offers a moment of pause while staying connected to the city’s vibrant energy,” Rai added.

With its open-sky setting, runway views, and a menu designed for leisurely afternoons, Mostly Grills’ new lunch service brings a fresh perspective to Mumbai’s dining scene—where lunch becomes something to slow down and savour.
