Citroën India and Milo Drive have signed an MoU to deploy 500 ë-C3 electric vehicles across India, integrating them into Milo’s tech-enabled fleet platform.

Citroën India and Milo Drive have entered into a significant partnership to deploy 500 Citroën ë-C3 electric vehicles across India. The memorandum of understanding (MoU), announced on 21 November 2025, will integrate these EVs into Milo Drive’s advanced fleet operating system, which connects drivers with multiple ride-hailing, travel, and corporate mobility platforms.

Under the agreement, Milo Drive will incorporate the ë-C3 EVs into its technology platform, offering fleet operators and drivers features such as demand routing, utilization analytics, and performance tracking. Citroën will also provide battery monitoring and performance data to further enhance fleet efficiency.

Shishir Mishra, Business Head and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Business at Stellantis India, said the collaboration is vital for scaling electric mobility across the country. He added that the ë-C3’s range and low operating cost make it an ideal choice for shared mobility applications.

Milo Drive Co-Founder Monil Jayeshkumar Khatri stated that the partnership will empower drivers to grow their mobility businesses using Milo’s technology-driven platform.

Milo Drive, founded by Khatri and Vishal Jewrajka, operates a fleet management system that enables drivers to access vehicles and connect with various ride-hailing and corporate transport services. The company currently runs over 300 vehicles and has completed more than 250,000 rides across Indian cities.

Citroën, established in 1919 and now part of the Stellantis group, operates in 101 countries with 6,200 sales and service points globally. The company offers a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles, strengthening its presence in global sustainable mobility.
