Mobec Innovations, a leading provider of mobile EV charging solutions in India, has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Gautam Singh and Satybrat Shukla as Co-Founders. Both will now lead the company alongside Founder and CEO Harry Bajaj.

Under their expanded roles, Gautam Singh will head Research & Development (R&D) and oversee day-to-day plant operations, with a strong focus on advancing battery recycling technologies and improving process efficiency. Meanwhile, Satybrat Shukla will lead sales, marketing, and customer relations, driving stronger client engagement and business growth.

Commenting on the leadership expansion, Harry Bajaj stated that both Gautam and Satybrat have played a key role in product design, development, and client deployment since the company’s early days. Their elevation reflects their leadership capabilities and technical expertise, which will be critical as the company scales its operations.

Mobec Innovations offers portable and ultra-fast DC charging solutions ranging from 5 kW to 60 kW, catering to two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet operators. Through its mobile app, users can conveniently schedule EV charging at their preferred location and time.

In the battery recycling segment, the company utilizes advanced technologies to recover critical minerals such as lithium, cobalt, copper, nickel, aluminium, graphite, and manganese. By leveraging processes like black mass extraction, Mobec ensures maximum resource efficiency while reducing dependence on virgin materials. Refurbished batteries are also redeployed for residential and commercial energy storage, supporting a circular economy.

Gautam Singh and Satybrat Shukla expressed pride in their new roles, stating their commitment to building AI-driven energy solutions that will strengthen India’s EV ecosystem.

Looking ahead, the company plans to develop AI-enabled products and expand into new energy verticals, including a 7 kW compact energy storage system and a 30 kW solar-compatible portable system. Mobec aims to expand its mobile EV charging infrastructure across major Indian cities while enhancing its battery recycling ecosystem to support sustainable and green mobility.
